We were to meet our other passengers for dinner and our luggage was not delivered for approx. First of all, we travel to many different casino hotels throughout the US and we have NEVER had to be in the room for our luggage to be delivered. Our luggage was heavy and there was a long walk to elevators so we were told that our luggage would be delivered in approx. My sister and I were traveling with a group and upon arrival at hotel, we were told that our luggage would not be delivered to our room unless we were in the room to receive it.
